Ghanaians mock Buhari offer to help Ghana fight corruption
Many Ghanaians including Nigerians on social media have questioned the rationale behind Buhari’s offer of help for Ghana’s anti-corruption fight when he has not been able to end the loads of corruptions in Nigeria.

Some comments and posts referred to a snake that allegedly swallowed 36 million naira ($102,409) which is over ȼ470,000 from the office of Nigeria’s Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

A local blogger had reportedly observed a general disenchantment with the offer of help, with some Nigerians wading in to join, in social media parlance, the “trolling” of their President.

Delivering a speech as the Special Guest of Honour during Ghana’s 61st independence Anniversary Parade at the Black Star in Accra, President Buhari commended Akufo-Addo and and Ghana’s parliament for passing the Special Prosecutor Bill to fight endemic corruption; adding that Nigeria will always be available to support Ghana in its bid to ensure that corruption is defeated.
“…Your Excellency, I can assure you that you have a good partner in me in tackling endemic corruption,” the Nigerian President said.
But below are the reactions of some Ghanaians on social media.
